Welcome

Founded in 1995, the British International School of Phnom Penh is the first registered Centre, in Cambodia, for the Cambridge Assessment International Education (formerly known as CIE) which are conducted in tens of thousands registered schools every year worldwide.

Our qualified and dedicated teachers will prepare your children from age 5 to 18 years with a broad, rigorous and well structured programme of study, assessed by the British SATs (Scholastic Aptitude Tests) and Checkpoint exams at all Key Stages.

We prepare eligible candidates for internationally recognised Secondary School Exams such as IGCSE (O’ Level) and A Levels, leading to admission to prestigious Universities in the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada and elsewhere around the world.

Our Mission

The British International School of Phnom Penh has a long and reputed tradition as being a school that promotes academic excellence, while instilling lifelong values such as respect, integrity and collaboration and celebrating and encouraging our students’ individuality in all their endeavours.

It is Our Mission to build a dynamic and stimulating environment, in order to create well-rounded, curious and ambitious individuals who will aspire to make a positive contribution to the world, no matter how small.

We believe that a child’s growth and development does not only occur at School, and it is also Our Mission to work alongside our parents in order to make the best social and academic development of our students.
